This is ideal for simpler, smaller-scale projects where the client might have some existing relationships or resources for project execution and doesn’t require intensive guidance through the construction process.

PLATINUM

This package includes everything in the Gold Package, but also offers construction administration and coordination with construction teams.

This is ideal for clients who desire a full-service experience, where the Designer guides them through every step of the process from design to hiring a contractor. This level of service ensures the highest level of oversight and alignment with the design intent.

GOLD

All the benefits of the Silver Package, with the addition of design development, enhanced 3D visualization, and interior design consultation.

This package is suitable for more complex projects and for clients who value more detailed design development and guidance in interior design choices.

During a 30-minute intake phone call with an Designer, the main aim would be to understand your vision, needs, and constraints for the project, establish the level of service required, and decide if we are a good fit for you. If ’yes,’ we can move to the Strategy session.

A written summary or a digital document of the meeting, outlining the discussed points and agreed-upon next steps.
A copy of the adjusted bubble diagram or initial floor plan.
A preliminary site analysis, if the site has been chosen.
An outline of your proposed services, including your process, timeline, fee structure, and potential next steps in working together.
